This policy explains how Seen Group L.L.C-FZ, trading as Seen Studio ("we", "us"), collects and uses personal data through seen-studio.com. We handle personal data in line with applicable UAE law, including Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.

1. What we collect

• Creator applications: name, email, WhatsApp number, location, social handles, portfolio links, languages, skills, kit, rates, availability and anything else you choose to tell us.
• WhatsApp and email: your number or address, your Instagram handle if you share it, and the content of your messages.
• Technical data: basic information your browser sends when loading the site, such as IP address and device type, which may be logged by our hosting and media providers.

We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

2. How we use it

• To reply to you, prepare a free Instagram audit, and send quotes or proposals you ask for.
• To review creator applications and contact you about projects.
• To run, secure and improve the site.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.

3. Who we share it with

We share data only with service providers that help us run the site and our business, such as our form processor (FormSubmit), WhatsApp, email, font and media hosting providers. They may process data outside the UAE. Where that happens we rely on their own security and privacy commitments. We may also disclose data if required by law.

4. How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records. We keep creator applications for up to 24 months so we can contact you about future projects, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

5. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, object to or restrict how we use it, or withdraw consent at any time. Email contact@seengroup.co and we will respond within a reasonable time.

6. Cookies

The site itself does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Third-party services we load, such as Google Fonts, may receive technical data like your IP address when your browser requests them.

7. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect personal data, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
