These terms apply to your use of seen-studio.com (the "site"). The site is operated by Seen Group L.L.C-FZ, a company licensed in Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, trading as Seen Studio ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. What this site is for
The site describes our content and video production services and lets you contact us, request a free Instagram audit, or apply to work with us as a creator. Nothing on the site is a binding offer. Any work we do for you is governed by a separate written proposal, quote or agreement.
2. Our work and examples
Some examples on this site are AI-generated or AI-assisted demonstrations of the formats we produce. They are illustrations of style and technique, not records of real clients, people, treatments or results. Any medical or aesthetic content shown is general information only and is not medical advice. Always consult a licensed practitioner.
3. Intellectual property
All content on the site, including text, video, images, design and the Seen Studio name and eye mark, belongs to Seen Group L.L.C-FZ or its licensors. You may view and share links to the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, download, edit, republish or use any content to train AI models without our written permission.
4. Free Instagram audit
The free audit is a short, informal review of your public Instagram profile, shared on WhatsApp. It is provided as-is, carries no obligation to buy, and is not a guarantee of any result. We may decline or delay audit requests at our discretion.
5. Creator applications
Applying through the site does not create any employment, agency or contractor relationship, and we are not obliged to offer work. If we work together, the terms will be agreed in writing.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, including by attempting to disrupt it, gain unauthorized access, submit false or harmful information, or send spam through our forms.
7. Third-party services and links
The site uses third-party services such as WhatsApp, a form processor and font and media hosting, and may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.
