This policy explains what personal data Seen Studio collects, why we collect it, who we share it with and what rights you have. It is written to meet UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.
01 Who controls your data
The controller of your personal data is Seen Group L.L.C-FZ, trading as Seen Studio, a free zone company licensed in Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

We do not collect special categories of personal data through this website, and we ask you not to send health information, identity document numbers or payment card numbers over WhatsApp or email.
03 Contacting us on WhatsApp
The buttons on this site open a conversation with us on WhatsApp. When you message us there, your phone number, your profile name and the content of your messages are visible to us and are also processed by WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta. That processing is governed by WhatsApp's own privacy policy, not this one, and may involve servers outside the UAE.
We keep WhatsApp conversations as a record of what was agreed. If you would rather not use WhatsApp, email contact@seengroup.co instead.
04 Who we share data with
We share personal data only where we need to, and only with:
- Service providers who host our website, host our files, run our email, and provide the AI video generation tools we produce your work with.
- Professional advisers such as our accountants and lawyers, where relevant.
- Authorities, where we are legally required to disclose.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
05 Transfers outside the UAE
Some of the providers above are based outside the United Arab Emirates, so your data may be processed abroad. Where that happens we transfer data only to countries recognized as providing adequate protection, or under contractual safeguards requiring a comparable standard of protection, as permitted by Articles 22 and 23 of the PDPL.
06 How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not become clients: up to 24 months, then deleted.
- Client project files and correspondence: for the engagement and 5 years after it ends.
- Invoices and accounting records: as long as UAE tax and commercial law requires, currently at least 5 years.
We delete or anonymize personal data once it is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected for.
07 Your rights
Under the PDPL you have the right to:
- Ask what personal data we hold about you and receive a copy.
- Have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected.
- Have your data deleted, where we have no continuing legal reason to keep it.
- Restrict or object to how we process it.
- Receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format, and have it transferred to another controller.
- Stop us using your data for direct marketing, at any time.
- Withdraw consent you previously gave, without affecting processing already carried out.
- Object to decisions made about you by automated processing alone, where those decisions have legal effect.
To exercise any of these, email contact@seengroup.co. We will respond within thirty (30) days. We do not charge for this.
08 Security and breaches
We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, including access controls, encryption in transit, and limiting access to those who need it.
If a breach occurs that is likely to prejudice the privacy, confidentiality or security of your data, we will notify the UAE Data Office immediately on becoming aware of it, and will tell you where the breach is likely to cause you harm.
09 Cookies
This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies by default. If we later add analytics or advertising pixels, we will ask for your consent before they load and update this policy to say what they do. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings at any time.
10 Children
Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.
11 Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, tell us first at contact@seengroup.co so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the UAE Data Office, the federal data protection regulator.
12 Changes to this policy
We update this policy when our practices change. The date at the top shows when it was last revised. For significant changes we will tell clients directly.
